Travelling is more fun when you go with your friends; it becomes even more fun when you have local friends. I travelled through my college’s exchange program known as the ‘Nepal Japan Project’. This exchange was not just to explore Japan and have fun, but also to learn about Japan’s advanced present and how they practice sustainability.
My Japanese friends were especially accommodating; they helped with every step of our travel, from food to navigating metro stations and our destinations.
